      Technology

Based on many years of experience and advanced technological process we created complex tuning car parts production technology. That is why we are able to offer best quality and reliable products. We pay extra attention to every step of the production to ensure that the final product met all the original requirements and was perfect for its function.

        A new concept

The technological process in PMC Motorsport begins with the apparance of a problem. At first we try to identify the problem and then plan the best way to solve it. A simple example of such a situation is when the modified engine generates so much power and torque that it is too much for the original gearbox. In that case different, stronger gearbox should be installed to handle the power of the new engine. Unfortunately, stronger gearboxes hardly ever can fit therefore a set of parts is necessary to make this modification possible. Similar problems may occure with suspesion modifications and many others, and all of them require improvements.

        Analysis and Concept Solution

Proper diagnosis is an important element in the process of production flawless and safe car parts. As soon as the need has been recognised we can start working on the solution. We analyse the function of the part and decide what modifications are necessary to make it work better. Next we create tools to adapt our solution. In case of the gearbox, we decide what parts are necessary to connect it with the engine, keeping in mind all the modifications of the clutch and other elements.

        Survey

In order to create the most optimal project of new car parts we must gather as much information as possible. Therefore it is time to make some measurements. At that point we set the criteria the car part must meet. For example, the torque that the cluth should transfer. Next we measure all the interconnecting parts to fit them together perfectly with the new part.

        Design

beforeIn the process of parts designing we must adjust our concepts to the strict requirements. By creating a model of the part we may decide of the size, fit it to the other parts and start making first virtual tests. For 3D designing, analisis and cataloging we use a special program.

        Making a prototype

Making  prototype is the part of the creation processs we pay special attention to. It shows us that the technological concept we made is possible to produce. During this step we establish the production technology, create programs for CNC lathes, choose the right tools and measurements and plan quality control procedures. Once all the elements are ready we can start the production.

        Testing

We begin testing phase with checking if our prototype fits its designated place and if there are no problems with assembling it. Next, we test its functionality to make sure that the car part works perfectly well and meets all the criteria. Finally, we install the part in a test car to see if it works well during test drives.

        Production

Starting serial production is the final of the technological process. At this point, the most important thing is the quality control of the PMC Motorsport products. It assures us that all the criteria have been met and that our customers receive top quality products. We also make sure that our products are carefully packed and shipped. On top of that, we try hard to keep a positive atmosphere in contact with our clients.

EN: The only professional sports driver in the world who does not have both hands and drives with his feet. He has an international FIA Racing License. He competes on equal terms with other drivers in the Drift Polish Championships and European leagues. He is a motivational speaker at conferences and business meetings. He tries to support people in achieving successes as well as in personal development. Bartosz runs his own YouTube channel - "Passion at the Edge", where he tests unique, exclusive cars and talks with inspiring people about their passions. In addition, he is an artist and member of the VDMFK Publishing House, which unites people who paint with their feet and mouth.

    ***********************************************************

He is an extraordinary athlete. At the age of 20, he lost both hands as a result of a traffic accident. It seemed that his career in the motorsport was crossed out. However, hard work and self-determination caused that now Bartek successfully competes in drifting competitions in Poland, but also represents the country at international events by competing with other drivers.

It is an example of the fact that hard work is the key to success. His determination and talent are appreciated by people all over the world. In February 2017, as the first Polish in history, he took part in the most popular automotive program in the world "The Grand Tour" runs by  Jeremy Clarkson Richard Hammond and James May. He defeated Richard Hammond in an organized drift battle.

In addition, he took part in the clip promoting the Paralympics in RIO 2016, as well as in the video made in cooperation with Renault Sport Formula One Team. In the clip, he accepted the challenge of F1 driver Nico Hülkenberg and drifted between Formula 1’s cars, which cost hundreds of thousands of pounds.

Ponadto jest artystą i członkiem Wydawnictwa VDMFK, które zrzesza osoby malujące stopami i ustami.

    ***********************************************************

W zorganizowanym drift battle pokonał Richarda Hammonda.

Ponadto, wziął udział w klipie promującym paraolimpiadę w RIO 2016, a także w wideo zrealizowanym we współpracy z Renault Sport Formuła One Team. W klipie przyjął wyzwanie kierowcy F1 – Nico Hülkenberga i driftował pomiędzy bolidami Formuły 1 o wartości setek tysięcy funtów.

      PMC TORQUE TEST LAB

Few weeks ago we have launched our own Torque Test Lab for testing PMC clutches and every other clutch available on the market. Now the Lab is ready to show you all torque ratings of every new line PMC sintered clutch discs, pressure plates or flywheels’ friction surfaces. In opposition to others you are certain that you are choosing perfect PMC clutch your car requires. Check how we are doing that.

2018 is the next year which brings huge changes and improvements on the PMC machines range. Seems to be like every previous year, but this one is a bit different. Plenty of CNC tools which are working every day have also motivated us to improve the lab section to explore independently new products and solutions. Our target always meant to be the one which is setting the direction on the market. That is also this time. Few weeks ago we have launched our own Torque Test Lab for testing PMC clutches and every other clutch available on the market.

In the beginning we have concentrated on perfect torque rating display by testing Sachs Performance and Tilton clutches to compare them with producers’ specifications. Now the Lab is ready to show you all torque ratings of every new line PMC sintered clutch discs, pressure plates or flywheels’ friction surfaces. In opposition to others you are certain that you are choosing perfect PMC clutch your car requires.

This month we’ve started providing the newest line 5 puck sintered 240mm and 250mm clutch discs for 10x29, 10x35 and 26x35 splines as a replacement pieces for each of our conversion kit. In combination with Sachs Performance 243 it makes every PMC kit the Stage II of the torque handling. The clutch like this handle 800Nm (590lb ft) of torque on singleplate! See the offer below:
