Description

The full adapter kit designed for the General Motors Chevrolet LS7 / LS3 / LS1 engine (GM small Block) engine with BMW M57N/M57N2 GS6-53DZ HGD gearbox conversion.

The solution gives an opportunity to use very durable BMW gearbox. Great for use in Motorsport or change an automatic transmission in a daily car to manual.

PMC Adapter Kit is designed, produced and tested in EU. The highest quality is assured by the EU materials, CNC machining and high technology measuring arms used in the designing process.

The kit includes:

  • Adapter Plate to fit Chevrolet LS LS7 LS3 LS1 (GM small Block) engine with BMW M57N/M57N2 Gearbox
  • Custom Lightweight Flywheel for Chevrolet LS LS7 LS3 LS1 (GM small block) to BMW M57N/M57N2 GS6-53DZ HGD gearbox for a twin disc
  • Clutch Kit twin disc 228mm BMW Sachs 3000 951 019

Crankshaft bolts Not included !!!

The flywheel is equipped with a spigot bearing, so you don't have to use an extension for an input shaft! All of our flywheels are designed to work with the original flexplate, thanks to the fact you can easily mount original starter.

The adapter kit guarantees perfect alignment and rigid connection between the engine and the gearbox.

It fits manual gearboxes of:

  • BMW e60/e61 530D GS6-53DZ HGD M57N/M57N2 Diesel

TEST: 700Nm / 516,12 lb/ft

Some models of the engine may have a problem with the position of the starter in our adapter. Use a starter Powermaster XS Torque Starters 9509 or replacement.
